1. Contractual Relationship
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the LynX platform. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. The Services
LynX is a technology platform that connects Riders with independent third-party Drivers. LynX does not provide transportation services. The Driver is an independent contractor, not an employee of LynX.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

• Drivers must provide accurate legal documentation to be verified.

4. Payments & Fares

• Riders: You agree to pay the fare displayed at the time of booking. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a driver has accepted.

• Drivers: LynX deducts a service fee (commission) from each fare. Payouts are made according to the schedule on www.mylynx.cc.

5. User Conduct

• Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or violence.

• Users may be banned for poor ratings or safety violations.

6. Limitation of Liability
LynX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific trip in question.
